We purchased a home on Maui with great bones but it was in need of extensive kitchen and (multiple) bathroom renovations as well as exterior and interior updates and repairs. We have two condos in Kihei and Alexanders Designs & Remodeling LLC has done remodeling work on both of them. The first project was to redo the entire kitchen and bathrooms and a large part of the flooring. They also removed a section of the wall and redid some of the plumbing. One of our concerns was the time frame for completing the process as we had several bookings for renters and little empty time. We had heard so many stories from people who ran into time issues with their remodeling projects. Palani Alexander assured us that the work could be done in the allotted time. His crew came in on the day they said they would and the project was completed in plenty of time for our next scheduled rental. We were also thrilled with the finished project-beautiful wood cabinets, tiled floors, and granite countertops. Palani scheduled all the work and all the workers were pleasant and easy to talk to about what we wanted. Because we were so pleased with the first project, we had Alexanders remodel two bathrooms at our second condo. We had a similar experience to our first job. The project was started and completed on schedule. The quality of the work was every bit as good as in our first experience.
